CorePoint Sourcing terms of service

These terms cover use of the CorePoint Sourcing website and the procurement inquiry form. They do not create a construction contract, a supply agreement, or a dealer appointment.

The service described here

CorePoint Sourcing is an independent sourcing service. It helps a business buyer organize requirements and compare alternative modular, portable, or steel building quotations. It does not claim authorized dealer status and it does not sell a named manufacturer product from this website.

Catalog names are inquiry options. A card does not reserve a module, a production slot, or a delivery week. Any quotation comes from a supplier and remains subject to that supplier documents, the project jurisdiction, and the scope the buyer accepts.

What you send

You agree that the requirements you submit are for a business procurement discussion. Include enough detail for a supplier to see use, dimensions, quantity, destination, and scope. If a field is unknown, say that it is unknown rather than leaving a number that looks decided.

Optional budget and supplier preference are buyer notes. They are not a published price and they are not a verified factory grade. Do not send payment card numbers or government identity numbers in the requirements box.

No engineering stamp

Text on this website about design live load, wind speed, snow, seismic design category, IBC, IRC, HUD Code, ASCE 7, AISC 360, or AWS D1.1 is a checklist of questions. It is not a design, a code opinion, or a statement that a building complies. Licensed professionals and the authority having jurisdiction make those decisions.

Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey descriptions are different scopes. You will not treat two quotations as equivalent while their exclusion lists differ.

Site use

You may read the pages and submit an inquiry for a lawful business purpose. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, misrepresent CorePoint Sourcing as a manufacturer, or copy the pages as if they were a factory catalog.

The website can change as the checklist and the inquiry options are revised. A change to these terms applies to new use of the site after the page is updated. Questions about a submitted brief should go through the contact form, because no separate public counter is published.

Liability boundary

To the extent the law allows, CorePoint Sourcing is not liable for a supplier price, a late shipment, a rejected permit, or a field condition that was not in the written brief. Nothing here waives a liability that the governing law does not allow to be waived.

If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the remaining sentences stay in effect. These terms are the agreement for website use. A later purchase order, if any, is a separate document between the buyer and the supplier.

FREE sourcing support, up to 3%. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.
