CorePoint Sourcing privacy policy
This policy explains how CorePoint Sourcing handles business details sent through the inquiry form. It is a website notice and does not set a supplier response time.
Details the form asks for
The form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone number, a company name, and a requirements note. The note may include building use, dimensions, project location, loads, quantity, destination, timing, and an optional budget or supplier preference.
Those fields are used to understand the procurement request and to ask a supplier for a quotation on alternative buildings. They are not used to build a public customer list. This site does not ask you to create an account.
How the note is handled
The requirements text is the record of what you asked. Budget and preference controls, when the browser allows them, are added to the submitted copy of that request so the reviewer sees one package. The text you typed in the box is not rewritten on the screen after you send it.
Do not place secrets, card numbers, or personal identity numbers in the note. Location data should be the project destination needed for freight and code jurisdiction, not a private home address unless the project is actually there and you choose to send it.
Sharing
A brief may be shared with a supplier who is asked to quote an alternative building for that scope. It is not sold as a marketing list. A supplier who receives it does so to answer the inquiry, and that supplier has its own duties for the copy it holds.
If a service provider hosts the form submission, that provider processes the note to deliver it to the desk. CorePoint Sourcing does not publish the contents of individual inquiries on this website.
Retention and choices
Inquiry records are kept long enough to compare quotations and to answer follow-up questions about the same brief. You may ask, through a new form message, what was received and whether it can be corrected. Some records may need to stay where a quotation or a dispute requires them.
The benefit note on the site uses local storage for the date the note was first shown and session storage if you close the bar. That storage is about the note display window. It is not a profile of your building project.
Contact about this policy
Questions about this notice go through the contact form. No separate privacy mailbox is published, because no additional address is on file. If the law where you work gives you access or deletion rights over business contact details, describe the request in the form and identify the earlier brief.
This policy applies to the CorePoint Sourcing pages that link to it. Supplier websites, if you leave this domain, use their own notices.
