This page is the written path for use, dimensions, loads, quantity, destination, and scope. It is not a storefront and it does not publish a street address, because none is on file. CorePoint Sourcing is an independent sourcing service and does not claim authorized dealer status.
What to include
Building use, footprint, eave height, jurisdiction, wind or snow notes you already have, quantity, destination, and whether the quote is shell or a broader scope. Optional budget can name USD and a per-unit or whole-order basis.
What a reply can cover
Clarifying questions and a request for factory quotations. It cannot confirm code approval, a delivery week, or a factory slot. Hours are not posted because the desk works from the submitted note rather than a public counter.
A shell package and a turnkey package should not be forced into one price line. If you are unsure which scope you need, say so in the requirements box and keep the two descriptions separate. The shell side leaves foundation, utilities, and interior build-out with local trades. The turnkey side moves more of that work into the quotation and still needs exclusions for stairs, canopies, and commissioning.
Add design live load, design dead load, wind speed, wind exposure category, ground snow load, and seismic design category when the project already has them. An example a buyer might type is 50 psf live load, 120 mph, exposure C, 30 psf ground snow, and seismic design category D. That example is not a design for a real address and it is not a rating held by CorePoint Sourcing.
Name the primary frame, whether secondary framing such as purlin and girt is included, and the foundation interface. Module dimensions should list length, width, and eave height. If the route is tight, add the transport envelope and who prepares the crane lift plan. Thermal transmittance or a fire-resistance rating belongs in the note as a project ask for the supplier to answer, not as a result this desk has tested.
Three limits sit with every inquiry. A module that fits the floor plan can still fail the road. A code path cannot be chosen before the jurisdiction is named, and HUD Code is not the same path as IBC. A budget, if you add one, needs a currency and a per-unit or whole-order basis, and it is not a price already obtained from a factory.
